@OPspotters In the Netherlands there are lots of people who ride a bike! In 2011 there were more than 19 million bicycles and only 16.5 million people in the Netherlands.
This Wraith was spotted at a big soccer club and every time they play lots of people grap there bikes en drive to the stadium! To see the game, that's why there are a few bikes around.
