I don't think so. As the other one ( https://www.autogespot.com/rolls-royce-phantom-jankel/2022/06/04 ) doesn't have a light reflective yellow plastic under the doors. And this one doesn't have a JANKEL designation on the boot. So I'm pretty sure that these are two different cars.
