Those are not zeros on the plates, but letter O's. You can pay extra 700 euros and have custom 3-5 characters on Serbian plates, this guy put OOOOO. Zeros are cut diagonally. That Bentley LeMansory 1/12 is more expensive than this RR Ghost which is about 240k brand new. RR Phantom II of Mica Megatrend Jovanovic on BG UNI-1 Serbian plates is also more expensive.

@NikolaBBK You're probably right. At least, you guys in Serbia have Rolls Royces. Here I have seen only a Phantom in a dealership in Athens and this is probably the only model you can buy from our fucking dealerships. No Rolls Royces, no McLarens, no Bugattis, no Teslas, no Maybachs.
