This is such a fantastic spec on a Cullinan! The color is beautiful and the wheels fit really well here. This is my first FOP-license plate. The Fraternal Order of Police license plates were first issued in 1989. This particular series is in effect since 2016 when the logo was printed in full color and because this is a pre-2016 number, it was probably remade in this design. The Fraternal Order of Police is composed of active and retired law enforcement officers of all ranks and branches of government including Federal, State, County and Local.
