As I've mentioned before, this is the option "Sport exhaust package" - "black", to be specifically. The same is with Panamera Turbo (S) and Cayenne Turbo (S), they all have these squate exhaust pipes as standard but you can choose the sport exhaust - which is two ovals on each side in silver/gray, or the sport exhaust black - which is two oveal on each side in .. duh... black.
