@Rasalom OK! I'm not an expert of the Lancer EVO. And this EVO was spotted before, 3 times, and in all the spots was named IX FQ.
I also upload the green one a few weeks ago and somebody comented and reported the spot saying it was a IX but it's a VIII with Evo IX parts I think

Thats impossible to know. This one is an IX but I'm sure its not standard anymore. All FQ have Right Hand Drive.
