Of course it is. But it's only my saconf fav car. The all time No.1 is the GranTurismo S. But as a family car, the Quattroporte is the best.
And only the plate is from Passau. In Hungary you can see lots of exotics with foreign plates, because of tax politics. Hungarian taxes are so high.

Yes, there are really a lot of plates from southern Germany in your spots, I think Germany is the country with one of the lowest taxes in Europe...nevertheless I've seen this Quattroporte somewhere :)
