What do you mean by "especially in Romania"?
Come visit and not only you'll be surprised, but you'll have the chance to spot some great supercars for the first time - we lack spotters here, not awesome cars.

He meant, that there are not as many supercars, as in many other countries. I have been last August for 5 days in Bucharest, beautiful city, but you can‘t spot even a quarter of super and luxury cars of the street, like you can in Germany for example.
