Does anybody know which special edition this is of the Gallardo? I researched it and the Miama Edition looked kind of like it, but I am not sure at all about it.

This might be an Miami Edition indeed. Built bij ItalCarDesign. Could be a regular Gallardo with some black details as well. Can't tell. Cool find nevertheless!
