That yacht (and probably the cars too) are owned by David Geffen. According to Forbes he had an estimated networth of 7 Billion USD in 2015.

@schenk The yacht now belongs to Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. I doubt the cars are David Geffen's seeing as the owner of these lives in London/Dubai.
