Spotted in the harbour. This car belongs to an old man. Locals told me that license plates like these are not common for Guernsey. The standard is 5 numbers. Four numbers costst you about 20.000-40.000 Gbp, and a license plate like this can cost up to 200.000 Gbp...! Crazy people at Guernsey! ;)
