WOW! Awesome (and sad)! I'd say, knock on the door and ask if you can buy it for $100. Tow it to your house and put a cheap engine in it and drive it around. That's what I would do.
@OPspotters It was also my first tought. Sadly, it's in really bad condition. It would take thousands of dollars to put in back "on wheels". I couldn't afford. Moreover, I've heard that owner is going to rebuild it.

@OPspotters I bought an old Mini like that and I'm about 10k dollars deep in it. But honestly I'd throw a cheap V8 in there and also drive it around haha
