Echt niet, dit soort kentekens zitten op auto's uit Qatar, maar ik geloof dat het niet de "standaard" kentekens zijn. Misschien is het een diplomatenkenteken ofzo...

Nee de Q staat voor Qatar en de 09 staat waarschijnlijk voor het jaartal ;) soort van tijdelijk kenteken..
