Dit is geen publieke garage. Toestemming heb je ook niet echt nodig, meer iemand die toegang heeft tot de garage. Zo ben ik met iemand meegereden welke eerst toegang had tot het terrein en daarna nog eens toegang had tot de parkeergarage ;).
