Doesn't look like a publicly accessible parking space to me. Looks fenced off, also the GLA next to it has no license plate. But if you say so ?

@PatrickC yeah, i know that it doesn't look like a normal public parking lot, but now it is. The purpose of this car park changes almost every year - last year it was used by Volkswagen Lithuania to store it's inventory cars, but right now it's marked as a parking lot, even on Google maps :)
