Thanks for the answer! It is very interesting because this license plate is false, in reality B888BB88 belongs to Mercedes-Benz GL500 X166 in Krasnoyarsk. Before Mercedes-Benz license plate was on Jeep Cherokee.
I thought that maybe this photo was taken many years ago. But from your answer follows that this Bentley exists without any problem from road police in Europe during more than ten years). Fantastic car and fantastic license plates (although its false).
